Role Description: The Clinical Study & B2C Sales Associate is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting clinical pilot programs and helping drive adoption of FaceEcho among individual users and healthcare partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating clinical studies, assisting with participant recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring accurate documentation of study procedures and outcomes under established protocols. The associate will support B2C sales activities, including communicating product value to prospective users, responding to inquiries, and supporting basic onboarding and troubleshooting. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, collecting feedback from users and clinical teams, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine messaging, workflows, and study materials. This position requires proactive communication, organized follow-through, and comfort working independently in a virtual environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Medical Sales and Sales within healthcare or health technology settings.
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clinicians, study participants, and consumers.
Background in Sales Management or structured sales processes, with the ability to manage leads and follow-up activities.
Familiarity with clinical environments or Operating Room workflows is beneficial for understanding provider needs.
Interest in digital health, clinical research, or medical devices; prior clinical study coordination experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, health administration, business, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort with using web-based tools, CRM systems, and basic data entry; openness to learning new digital platforms.
