About the Role
The Senior Manager, Learning & Inclusion leads the
organization's Learning & Development and DEIB learning
portfolio, overseeing manager development, instructional
design, DEI learning, and employee listening. This role
combines deep L&D expertise with an embedded commitment to
inclusion, treating DEIB not as a standalone initiative,
but as a design principle integrated across every program.
This position requires a seasoned L&D leader with deep
expertise in instructional design and curriculum
development who can personally take programs from concept
to finished, polished deliverables while managing and
mentoring team members. The role partners closely with the
Senior Director of Talent to shape and evolve
organizational learning and inclusion strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the execution of company-wide learning programs,
including design, delivery, measurement, and continuous
improvement.
• Lead manager development programs and establish core
learning pathways for individual contributors across the
organization.
• Personally lead instructional design and curriculum
development, guiding programs from initial concept through
to completed products and setting design standards for the
team.
• Oversee content curation across internal and external
resources, including the organization's learning
management system and Udemy.
• Establish learning design standards across
instructor-led training (ILT), virtual, self-paced, and
blended formats, serving as the final quality owner for
content.
• Advance the organization's learning measurement strategy
beyond completion rates toward meaningful indicators of
business impact, reporting program health to leadership.
• Deliver annual DEI learning sessions and cultural
training for international audiences.
• Partner with the Senior Director of Talent to shape and
execute DEIB strategy, embedding it across the employee
learning and development lifecycle.
• Champion inclusive design as a core principle across all
learning initiatives.
• Maintain strategic relationships with Employee Resource
Group (ERG) leaders, providing consistent resources and
guidance.
• Design and facilitate employee listening sessions,
collaborate with the Senior Director of Talent on survey
design, and co-own action planning derived from survey
data and themes.
• Manage a fast-moving portfolio of concurrent
deliverables with effective prioritization under tight
timelines.
• Develop the L&D team by providing clear direction,
quality oversight, and professional growth opportunities
for individual contributors.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of leadership experience in Learning &
Development.
• Hands-on instructional design expertise, with a proven
ability to take programs from concept to polished content,
presentations, and curricula.
• Demonstrated experience as a people manager committed to
mentoring and developing team members into senior roles.
• Deep experience leading DEIB programming and supporting
Employee Resource Groups and employee communities.
• An embedded inclusive design philosophy that treats
inclusion as a foundational design principle across
initiatives.
• High action orientation with the ability to drive
reliable execution in partnership with strategic
leadership.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with
the credibility to engage audiences through executive
leadership.
• Demonstrated skill in creating measurement frameworks to
quantify L&D outcomes and communicate impact to
stakeholders.
• Collaborative, low-ego operational style with the
ability to partner across complex, matrixed teams under
tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading a full, end-to-end Learning &
Development function.
• Certification in coaching or DEI.
• Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) facilitator
certification.
• Insights certification.
Compensation and Benefits
• Expected Base Compensation Range: $140,000—$180,000 USD
per year.
• Base salary is one component of total compensation;
employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or
commission, and certain roles may be eligible for overtime
pay.
• Final compensation is determined by multiple factors,
including skills, experience, qualifications, geographic
location, and other job-related considerations.
• Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental,
