Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in the Malbazar subdivision. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales professionals, set sales targets, and develop strategies to drive growth in health and allied insurance products within the region. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, agents, and local partners, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, providing regular coaching and training to the sales team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with branch leadership and cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to achieving overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong skills in team management, performance coaching, and talent development to effectively lead and motivate a diverse sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities for engaging customers, agents, and local business partners.
Proficiency in using basic digital tools and CRM or sales management systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data.
Solid understanding of customer service principles and the ability to promote high-quality, customer-centric sales practices.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market potential, identify challenges, and implement practical solutions.
Ability to work on-site in the Malbazar subdivision, with strong local market awareness and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications in insurance or sales are an advantage
