Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Training Manager based in Panaji. The Regional Training Manager will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for sales teams and branch staff, ensuring alignment with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and product updates. Responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-the-job training, facilitating skill-building workshops, and developing training materials, assessments, and learning tools. The role will involve collaborating with regional leadership to identify capability gaps, creating training calendars, tracking participation, and reporting training outcomes and performance improvements. The Regional Training Manager will also coach and mentor employees, support new initiatives and product launches, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong training and facilitation skills, including instructional design, classroom delivery, and workshop management.
Candidates should possess people management and coaching skills, including the ability to mentor sales teams and influence stakeholders across regions.
Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including measuring training effectiveness, interpreting performance data, and preparing training reports.
Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to engage diverse learners.
Candidates should possess knowledge of life insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory norms; experience in financial services or insurance training is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a post-graduate qualification in HR, Training, Education, or Management is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with digital learning tools or LMS platforms.
Ability to work on-site in Panaji, travel within the region as required, and manage multiple training assignments with minimal supervision.
