About the Role
We are seeking experienced Technical Accounting and FP&A professionals to design technical accounting scenarios and evaluation rubrics used to build reinforcement learning environments for AI.
The role is suited for professionals working in Public Accounting (Audit or Tax), Corporate Controllership, FP&A, or as Independent CPAs who regularly perform complex accounting and corporate finance tasks.
Responsibilities
Design complex technical accounting scenarios for AI training.
Develop evaluation and grading rubrics.
Write step-by-step technical rationales.
Apply professional accounting and corporate finance expertise to reinforcement learning environments for AI.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be fluent in English.
Must be based in the United States with U.S. work authorization.
Must work in Public Accounting (Audit or Tax), Corporate Controllership, FP&A, or as an Independent CPA.
Must be at the Staff, Senior, Manager, Director, Controller, VP, Principal, or Partner seniority level.
Must hold an active or in-progress credential such as CPA, EA, CFA, CMA, or CA, or possess hands-on U.S. GAAP experience.
Must regularly perform complex tasks such as U.S. GAAP preparation, audit execution, tax compliance, or 3-statement financial modeling.
Must have previous experience working with AI data or RLHF platforms such as Scale AI, Outlier, Remotasks, Invisible Tech, Alignerr, Turing, or Mercor.
Must have at least 10 hours per week available for side project work.
Required Skills
Technical accounting or corporate finance expertise.
U.S. GAAP preparation, audit execution, tax compliance, or 3-statement financial modeling.
Ability to design complex accounting scenarios.
Ability to create grading and evaluation rubrics.
Ability to write step-by-step technical rationales.
Previous AI data or RLHF platform experience.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Position: Technical Accounting and FP&A Expert - AI Training Scenarios
Compensation: $1,000 per task
Location: Remote
Time Commitment: At least 10 hours per week
