About the Role
We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to review and assess engineering documentation used in AI model training. The work involves evaluating whether the content, structure, technical accuracy, and context of engineering documents realistically reflect the materials and workflows that software engineers encounter in their day-to-day work. This opportunity is particularly suited for engineers with strong technical judgment, hands-on experience reviewing engineering documentation, and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Review engineering-related documents used to train advanced AI models.
Assess whether documents realistically represent real-world software engineering workflows.
Evaluate document quality, structure, technical accuracy, and relevance.
Apply professional software engineering experience to identify unrealistic, incomplete, or poorly structured materials.
Provide clear and detailed feedback to support AI model improvement.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
Current, hands-on familiarity with engineering documents that software teams regularly write and review.
Strong understanding of real-world software engineering workflows and documentation practices.
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical judgment.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: $150 USD per hour
