2. About the Opportunity:
The 3rd Party Collections Specialist role is focused on managing and recovering past-due accounts on behalf of clients. This position is essential for achieving successful debt recovery outcomes through effective communication and negotiation, thereby contributing directly to the organization’s service delivery and client satisfaction.
3. Responsibilities:
Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts for clients
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding balances
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally
Investigate and resolve account disputes
Analyze account histories to determine suitable collection strategies
Maintain accurate and compliant account documentation
4. Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of 3rd-party collections experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
$17–$20 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunities
