2. About the Opportunity:
The Quality Monitoring Analyst role is focused on ensuring the quality and compliance of call center documentation and case reports. This position contributes by monitoring adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines, providing coaching and feedback to staff, and supporting quality assurance activities. The role is essential in maintaining high documentation standards and enhancing team performance through training and quality oversight.
3. Responsibilities:
Review calls, Adverse Event and Product Quality Complaint reports for compliance with Good Documentation Practices and regulatory requirements
Document and score quality monitoring results in the Quality Management System
Provide coaching and feedback to call center staff based on quality monitoring findings
Participate in calibration sessions with leadership and clients
Identify quality performance trends and report to program leadership
Support new agent certification and ongoing quality monitoring
Collaborate with trainers and leadership to develop quality-related training materials
Engage in quality monitoring discussions and contribute to process improvements
Assist with quality assurance implementation, internal audits, and reporting as assigned
Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
4. Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience in quality monitoring strongly recommended
Training and coaching experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Reliable participation in frequent meetings and calls
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The base pay range for this position is $50,000 to $92,000 per year
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs
