Senior Vice President

Role Description The Senior Vice President is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing strategy, operations, and growth across the company’s custom database and automation solutions. This role leads senior managers and cross-functional teams in setting business objectives, defining product and service roadmaps, and ensuring high-quality delivery to clients in multiple industries. The Senior Vice President will collaborate with executives on financial planning, business development initiatives, and long-term partnerships, while monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding client-facing project priorities, supporting key account relationships, managing budgets and resource allocation, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusion.
Qualifications
Leadership and management skills, including executive-level strategy development, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
Experience in operations and project oversight, with the ability to manage complex, multi-industry solution delivery and process optimization.
Knowledge of database and technology solutions, preferably including Microsoft Access, SQL Server, system integrations, and data migration practices.
Business development and relationship management skills, with experience in growing accounts, forming partnerships, and driving revenue.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort using data and key performance indicators to guide strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role in technology, professional services, or related fields; prior P&L responsibility is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-direction, accountability, and collaboration across distributed teams.
