Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help build the next stage of MT BYTES in Saudi Arabia. Your focus will be on new business, from identifying the right companies and people to building the relationship and moving qualified opportunities forward.
Trust and consistency matter in the market, so relationship building is an important part of the role. In Saudi Arabia, we want someone who can develop relationships with senior stakeholders and build a strong local pipeline.
This is a hands-on role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable owning the work rather than waiting for detailed direction.
What you will do
• Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers
• Run outreach, discovery calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Work with the team on proposals and commercial opportunities
• Keep CRM and opportunity information current
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
What we are looking for
• Experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or a related role
• Confidence speaking with founders, executives, and decision-makers
• Good prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience working with Saudi businesses or the wider GCC market is a plus.
