Role Description The Senior Strategy Consultant is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading strategic advisory engagements related to automation, CRM implementation, and process optimization. This role involves analyzing client businesses, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, and designing data-informed strategies that align technology solutions with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting discovery sessions, developing recommendations and roadmaps, preparing client-facing presentations and reports, and collaborating with technical and training teams to ensure successful delivery. The consultant will mentor junior team members, contribute to thought leadership content, and help refine Witty Automation Academy’s service offerings. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring project outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting experience, including client advisory, strategy development, and implementation support.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, presentations, and clear written documentation.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance to interpret business metrics, budgets, and ROI related to automation initiatives.
Relevant experience in CRM strategy, process improvement, or automation projects within professional services or technology environments.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with no-code tools, project management methodologies, and AI-driven automation platforms is highly beneficial.
