We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing and customer acquisition for our new hospitality business.
This role is highly focused on generating qualified leads, driving bookings and customer inquiries, optimizing advertising performance, and building scalable digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Canadian market, consumer behaviour, digital advertising platforms, and performance marketing. You should be comfortable working with numbers, analyzing campaign data, testing strategies, and being accountable for measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for the hospitality business.
Generate qualified leads through paid and organic digital channels.
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop campaigns specifically targeted to the Canadian market and relevant customer segments.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Build and optimize landing pages, lead forms, funnels, and conversion journeys.
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards.
Monitor lead quality and work closely with the sales/operations team to improve lead-to-customer conversion.
Develop retargeting and remarketing campaigns to maximize customer acquisition.
Test different audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages through structured A/B testing.
Identify new digital channels and opportunities to increase customer acquisition.
Work with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad copy, visuals, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate campaign reporting and provide regular performance updates to management.
Continuously identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and improve marketing ROI.
Stay current with Canadian digital marketing trends, consumer behaviour, advertising platforms, and industry developments.
Canadian Market Experience
Strong knowledge of the Canadian market is required.
The successful candidate should understand:
Canadian consumer behaviour and purchasing patterns.
Regional and local market differences across Canada.
Canadian digital advertising trends.
Targeting and lead-generation strategies relevant to Canadian customers.
Local SEO and location-based marketing.
Competitive positioning within the Canadian hospitality market.
Experience marketing hospitality, hotels, accommodations, restaurants, travel, tourism, or related consumer-facing businesses in Canada will be considered an asset.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, paid media, or lead generation.
Demonstrated experience generating and converting qualified leads through digital marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Solid understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Strong understanding of analytics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
Strong knowledge of the Canadian market.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing performance.
Compensation & Employment
Salary: $65,000 onwards, depending on experience and expertise.
Job Type: Full-time.
Location: Mohali, Punjab, India – Work from Office.
Working Hours: Night shifts based on business requirements.
Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred.
