SMSF Manager / Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced SMSF professional who enjoys solving technical questions, reviewing work and helping a team deliver a high standard of service.
This is a hands-on role in our SMSF specialist practice. You’ll be responsible for:
Managing workflow and keeping jobs moving through to completion.
Reviewing SMSF financial statements, tax returns and supporting workpapers.
Answering technical queries from the accounting team.
Liaising with auditors and resolving audit queries.
Communicating with clients to request information and resolve outstanding matters.
Coaching team members and improving the quality of their work.
You’ll need 8+ years of SMSF accounting experience, strong technical knowledge and experience reviewing work and supporting a team. Experience with BGL Simple Fund 360 is compulsory.
You’ll work closely with me across a varied SMSF portfolio, including property, crypto and more complex investments.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and cares about getting the details right.
