Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and customer engagement for Ironbook AI’s products and consulting services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multi-channel campaigns, overseeing social media marketing, coordinating content and messaging with product and sales teams, and developing strategies to reach enterprise decision-makers in APAC and beyond. The role involves tracking performance across web and social properties, analyzing campaign data, refining targeting, and reporting insights to stakeholders. The Digital Marketing Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align positioning, support product launches, and ensure consistent brand communication across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to design and execute integrated, results-oriented campaigns with overall experience of 5-8 years in this field
Experience in Social Media Marketing to manage and grow presence across platforms relevant to enterprise and technology audiences.
Proficiency in Lead Generation to build, nurture, and convert a qualified pipeline for product and consulting offerings.
Ability to use Web Analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and present clear data-driven recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Ability to create marketing content like fliers, invites, tracking event registerations, etc for various Field Events
Negotiating and closing agreements with third party event management companies
Manage vendors for swags and other related requirements for Field Events
Experience with B2B or enterprise technology marketing; familiarity with cloud and data infrastructure ecosystems is an advantage.
Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
