Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Marketing Manager at PInterview. The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email, and partnerships to drive user acquisition and engagement. This role will involve developing and refining the brand positioning, managing content and messaging for target segments (students, job seekers, and professionals), and overseeing campaign performance metrics and reporting. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams to launch new offerings, craft go-to-market strategies, and support revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, campaign planning, budget management, performance analysis, and continuous experimentation to improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong skills in digital and performance marketing, including experience with social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Experience in brand, content, and messaging strategy, with the ability to tailor value propositions for students, job seekers, and working professionals.
Proficiency in marketing analytics, including tracking KPIs, using analytics tools, and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
Capability in stakeholder and project management, including coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing external agencies or partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling marketing copy and presentations.
Proven experience in a marketing management or similar role, preferably in EdTech, HR Tech, or a related online platform or SaaS environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with interview preparation, career services, or talent acquisition domains is a plus.
