About Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced C++ Developer with strong expertise in Qt and QML to contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise-grade software products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modern C++ development, GUI application development using the Qt framework, and working within large-scale software development environments. This role requires a hands-on technical professional who can independently deliver high-quality software solutions, collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams, and actively contribute to product innovation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
Independently execute development activities, including implementing user stories, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C++ and the Qt framework.
Develop rich user interfaces and application functionality using Qt and QML technologies.
Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and reusable source code following coding standards and best practices.
Implement, execute, and maintain unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous code quality improvements.
Collaborate closely with software architects to understand and implement architectural designs.
Work with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, architects, and product stakeholders.
Contribute actively within Agile development environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
Analyze and resolve technical issues, application defects, and performance bottlenecks.
Support software integration, build management, and deployment activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, developer guides, and user manuals.
Gain deep understanding of existing software products and take ownership of critical modules or complete applications.
Continuously evaluate and adopt modern development practices, tools, and technologies.
Expertise You'll Bring:
12 to 15 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C++.
Extensive hands-on experience with Qt Framework and QML-based application development.
Strong understanding of modern C++ standards including C++14, C++17, and later versions.
Experience developing desktop applications and user interfaces using Qt technologies.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
Experience working with build management tools such as CMake, Makefiles, and related toolchains.
Proficiency with development environments including Visual Studio Code, Qt Creator, and similar IDEs.
Experience analyzing and resolving issues identified by static code analysis tools.
Strong understanding of large-scale software development and product engineering practices.
Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of software architecture concepts and modeling techniques such as UML.
Strong Linux development experience; exposure to Windows-based development environments is advantageous.
Experience with source code management systems such as Git.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed teams.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of German language is considered an added advantage.
