Previous strong Oracle HCM implementation experience
Currently working in Solutioning / Pre-Sales
Strong expertise in:

Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood
Experience / understanding of Agentic AI
Strong understanding of business requirements, challenges and solutioning

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Pre-Sales engagements
Understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions / POVs
Own and respond to RFPs / RFIs
Act as an HCM SME across relevant modules
Prepare and independently deliver product demos, POCs and solution presentations
Support GTM initiatives
Collaborate closely with Sales and Vertical teams
Engage with customers and stakeholders to define appropriate HCM solutions
💡 Looking for candidates who have strong Oracle HCM implementation experience and have transitioned into Solutioning / Pre-Sales roles, with exposure to Redwood and Agentic AI.
