Service Manager, Wealth Management

Core service areas include mutual fund distribution, PMS/AIF distribution, bonds distribution, and private equity. The team focuses on delivering professional, client-centric advice and long-term financial strategies.
Role Description The Service Manager, Wealth Management will oversee day-to-day client service operations, ensuring high-quality delivery of Polo Wealth’s investment and advisory offerings. This full-time, on-site role in the Pune Division includes managing client portfolios in coordination with advisors, responding to client inquiries, and providing timely information on mutual funds, PMS/AIF, bonds, private equity, and NRI investment products. The role involves coordinating account opening and documentation, monitoring transactions, and resolving service issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The Service Manager will maintain accurate records, prepare periodic reports, and support compliance requirements across all wealth management services. This position requires active engagement with clients, proactive follow-up, and continuous improvement of service processes.
Qualifications
Strong client service and relationship management abilities, with experience supporting wealth management or financial services clients.
Knowledge of investment products such as mutual funds, PMS/AIF, bonds, private equity, and NRI investment solutions.
Proficiency in operational processes including documentation, transaction processing, and records management.
Solid analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret investment data and prepare clear client reports.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including professional written and verbal communication in English.
Comfort with financial software, CRM tools, and standard office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; relevant certifications in wealth management or investments are an advantage.
Prior experience in a service management, operations, or client-facing role within wealth management, banking, or financial advisory is preferred.
