Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant role based in Delhi, India. The Immigration Consultant will advise candidates on immigration pathways, visa categories, and documentation requirements for destinations such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman. Daily responsibilities include assessing applicant profiles, reviewing eligibility, preparing and organizing visa applications, and coordinating with internal recruitment teams and external stakeholders. The role involves managing timelines, tracking application status, updating candidates on process changes, and ensuring adherence to relevant immigration laws and compliance standards. The consultant will also maintain accurate records, support continuous process improvement, and provide clear, professional communication to candidates and employers throughout the immigration process.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of immigration issues and procedures, including assessment and resolution of common immigration challenges.
Experience working with various visa types and application processes for multiple countries.
Understanding of relevant law and regulatory frameworks related to global mobility and immigration compliance.
Background in consulting or advisory roles, with the ability to guide candidates clearly and confidently.
Exposure to global immigration practices and cross-border recruitment or international placement processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in using office software and digital tools to manage cases and maintain records.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in immigration consulting, recruitment, or overseas placement agencies will be an advantage.
