About the Role
A fast-growing financial services platform is looking to hire a high-ownership professional for its Founder’s Office team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, improving processes, driving execution and leveraging technology, automation and AI to build scalable solutions.
The selected candidate will work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement improvements and support new business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with founders on strategic and operational initiatives.
Identify inefficiencies across business functions and drive process improvements.
Map existing workflows and simplify manual processes.
Identify opportunities to use automation, technology and AI to improve productivity.
Build or coordinate prototypes and pilot solutions before full-scale implementation.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Distribution and other teams to implement changes.
Ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Support new business initiatives, product launches and capability building.
Take complete ownership of projects from ideation to execution.
Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms, Founder’s Office roles, startups, business transformation, operations or project management roles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience in implementation and execution, not just strategy or presentations.
Comfortable working across teams and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
Exposure to automation, AI tools, workflow platforms or process improvement initiatives will be preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
