Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Role Description The Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Hon Hai (Foxconn) México is a part-time remote role responsible for defining and executing the overall product vision and strategy across key business lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading product portfolio planning, aligning product roadmaps with business objectives, and collaborating with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery. The CPO will oversee product lifecycle management, from concept and market analysis through development, launch, and continuous improvement, while monitoring performance metrics and customer feedback. This role also involves guiding cross-functional teams, prioritizing initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that product decisions support profitability, scalability, and long-term competitiveness.
Qualifications
Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, including experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and portfolio priorities.
Demonstrated Project Management abilities to oversee complex initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate deliverables across teams.
Proven Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership skills, with a track record of guiding diverse stakeholders toward shared goals.
Experience in technology, electronics manufacturing, or related industries, preferably in a product leadership role.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time capacity, with excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including comfort with data-driven product decisions and market analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field; advanced degree is beneficial.
Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency and experience in global or multicultural environments are advantageous.
