Marketing Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Project Manager based in Brazil.
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will own the delivery process that turns approved marketing initiatives into completed, published, and measurable work.
You will coordinate specialists across content, creative, paid media, SEO, CRM, automation, website management, sales, and operations.
The role combines project management, production coordination, publishing, quality assurance, and reporting preparation.
You will maintain clear visibility across schedules, owners, dependencies, approvals, blockers, and completion evidence.
The position requires someone who takes ownership, resolves routine execution issues independently, and escalates material risks with practical recommendations.
You will also help strengthen marketing operations by improving handoffs, documenting workflows, maintaining standard operating procedures, and reducing avoidable rework.
This is a fully remote opportunity in a fast-moving environment where execution quality, accountability, and operational reliability are essential.
