Project Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Director based in United States.
This role leads the full development lifecycle of Class A living communities, from early feasibility and design through construction and final turnover.
You will oversee complex projects across multiple regions, managing budgets, schedules, quality, permitting, and delivery outcomes.
As a central point of contact, you will coordinate executives, operations teams, architects, engineers, consultants, designers, contractors, and local jurisdictions.
The position combines strategic project leadership with hands-on involvement in design coordination, construction management, contract negotiations, and risk management.
You will also identify innovative approaches that improve construction efficiency, reduce costs, and support more sustainable development.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, communication, delegation, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Baltimore, Maryland, the position includes approximately 25% travel to communities locally and across the United States, including occasional overnight stays.
