Service Delivery Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Service Delivery Manager based in Canada.
This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, customer-centric delivery of mission-critical technology services in a complex enterprise environment.
You will act as a key point of contact for major incidents, service restoration, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
The position combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on oversight of applications, infrastructure, security, and production environments.
You will work closely with business, technology, and external partners to resolve issues, manage risks, and maintain service commitments.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
You will also contribute to technology strategy, operational efficiency, deployment activities, and initiatives that strengthen service reliability.
