RC Detailer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Project Lead (CAD RC) with over 6 years of experience in reinforced concrete (RC) detailing and project coordination. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple detailing projects, manage project planning through Zoho Projects, guide team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables are achieved within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee RC detailing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.
· Create, assign, and monitor project tasks using Zoho Projects or similar project management tools.
· Coordinate with Project Managers and clients to align on project objectives, deliverables, and schedules.
· Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members and freshers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
· Review drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and deliverables to maintain quality and accuracy.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by the detailing team in CAD and Revit environments.
· Ensure efficient resource allocation and progress tracking across multiple projects.
· Collaborate closely with design and coordination teams to address project challenges and implement effective solutions.
· Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help streamline project workflows.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
· 4 to 7 years of experience in RC detailing using AutoCAD and CADS RC (or equivalent software).
· Strong working knowledge of Revit Structural with hands-on modeling and detailing experience.
· Proficient in project planning and monitoring through Zoho Projects (or similar PM tools).
· Excellent understanding of UK/US/ME RC detailing standards (as applicable).
· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
· Effective communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.
Preferred Attributes:
· Knowledge of Tekla
· Experience in handling large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects.
· Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaboration tools.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
