Product Manager

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Product Managers / Senior Business Analysts to join our product engineering and consulting team to co-build enterprise-grade products and platforms across areas such as privacy, data governance, risk, compliance, AI governance, and related domains.
This is a product ownership and business analysis role, not a traditional requirements-gathering BA position.
You will work closely with product stakeholders, customers, domain experts, engineering teams, architects, and technology partners to understand business problems, define product capabilities, shape product roadmaps, and translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, business analysis, enterprise domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and technology understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Strategy
Understand customer problems, business processes, industry needs, and regulatory/business drivers.
Conduct product discovery through stakeholder discussions, customer interviews, workshops, process analysis, and market research.
Translate business problems into product opportunities, use cases, and solution concepts.
Contribute to product vision, objectives, capabilities, and roadmap.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing products and develop new product capabilities.
Analyze industry and technology trends to identify potential product opportunities.
Product Definition & Requirements
Define epics, features, capabilities, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
Develop product requirements and maintain a structured product backlog.
Break complex enterprise requirements into incremental and testable product capabilities.
Define business rules, workflows, personas, roles, permissions, data requirements, integrations, and exception scenarios.
Create process flows, wireframes/mock-ups, product specifications, and functional documentation.
Work with UX/UI teams to translate user needs into intuitive product experiences.
Product Co-Building
Work closely with internal product teams, engineering teams, architects, and external technology partners as part of joint product development initiatives.
Understand existing platform capabilities, workflows, APIs, data models, and integration possibilities.
Identify gaps between customer/business requirements and existing platform capabilities.
Define extensions, integrations, workflows, and new capabilities to address those gaps.
Participate in product workshops, design discussions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and product reviews.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams.
Enterprise & Domain Analysis
Analyze complex enterprise processes across areas such as:

Understand how regulations, policies, controls, data, applications, users, and business processes interact.
Convert complex business and regulatory requirements into actionable product workflows and capabilities.
Develop reusable domain knowledge, frameworks, and product assets.
Product Delivery
Own requirements from discovery through design, development, testing, and release.
Work closely with engineering and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Clarify requirements and resolve functional ambiguity during development.
Review developed functionality against acceptance criteria and business objectives.
Participate in UAT, product demonstrations, release planning, and customer validation.
Gather post-release feedback and incorporate learnings into product improvements.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
Conduct workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Present product concepts, workflows, prototypes, and solution approaches.
Facilitate discussions between business, product, engineering, architecture, and partner teams.
Manage conflicting requirements and drive alignment on product priorities.
Communicate complex technology and governance concepts in a business-friendly manner.
What We Are Looking For
7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Product Ownership, or a combination of these roles.
Experience working on enterprise software products/platforms, preferably SaaS or B2B products.
Strong experience in product discovery, requirements analysis, and translating business problems into product capabilities.
Experience creating and managing product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Ability to work with engineering teams and understand APIs, integrations, data models, workflows, and system architecture at a conceptual level.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and fast-moving product environment.
