Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Chennai. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications. Daily responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and supporting the design of effective IT solutions. The role involves facilitating meetings and workshops, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives. The Business Analyst will also support testing, validation, and implementation activities, and contribute to ongoing optimization of business technology services for global clients.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to support decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills, including experience in gathering, documenting, and managing requirements.
Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge, with experience in mapping, analyzing, and improving end-to-end workflows.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, present findings, and facilitate discussions.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
Experience working in IT consulting or technology-driven projects, and familiarity with methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, will be beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
