Senior AI Solution Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Solution Engineer to build a custom agentic orchestration and AI workflow platform that verifies supplier compliance using flat-file validation and evolves toward enterprise system integrations. You will collaborate across time zones, deliver secure CI/CD and authentication workflows, and help shape an extensible solution.
Responsibilities
Design an agentic orchestration and AI workflow platform for supplier compliance verification
Build the initial validation flow using flat-file checks and structured compliance rules
Implement a foundation for future integrations with Oracle Transportation Management and SAP systems
Develop Python-based integration components and connectors for enterprise data sources
Set up CI/CD pipelines and automation using Azure DevOps
Integrate authentication mechanisms aligned with platform and deployment needs
Collaborate with stakeholders across Houston and Pune time zones to refine requirements
Test and troubleshoot workflows to ensure reliability, accuracy, and maintainability
Document architecture, interfaces, and operational runbooks for handoff and scaling
Requirements
3+ years AI solution engineering experience
Strong leadership skills to align stakeholders across time zones
Proven project delivery experience building workflow or orchestration platforms
Strong software engineering skills for production-grade systems
Python development skills for building integrations and automation
Azure DevOps expertise for CI/CD pipelines and release processes
Google Gemini Enterprise platform familiarity for agent development
Strong communication skills for clear technical and nontechnical collaboration
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
Nice to have
Experience integrating with Oracle databases or Oracle Transportation Management
Experience integrating with SAP systems and related interfaces
Experience building logistics or compliance verification solutions
