Senior AI Solution Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Solution Engineer to expand and refine an agentic voice-to-voice AI assistant using real-time GPT models. You will shape prompt strategy, improve output quality, and align context-injection tooling to deliver reliable client experiences.
Responsibilities
Design prompt architectures for agentic voice-to-voice workflows using real-time GPT models
Develop and optimize prompts to improve response quality, safety, and consistency
Run experiments to evaluate prompt changes against accuracy and performance targets
Analyze model outputs to diagnose failure modes and propose concrete improvements
Integrate and use Model Context Protocol tools for context injection in agentic flows
Coordinate changes with the MCP and integration team to iterate draft tools and align updates
Document prompt engineering processes, decisions, and best practices for ongoing delivery
Requirements
3+ years of experience in prompt engineering for production AI systems
3+ years of experience writing and iterating agentic prompts in complex environments
Senior-level ability to drive alignment across stakeholders and delivery teams
Strong project execution skills for iterating features after go-live
Practical knowledge of real-time GPT models and voice-to-voice use cases
Strong analytical skills to evaluate model outputs and identify improvements
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
Model Context Protocol
GPT Realtime model experience
German language skills
Experience with client contact or customer care environments
Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
