At Social Tab, we work with some of the most exciting names across food, beverage, hospitality and lifestyle, building social identities that are culturally relevant, creatively sharp and made to stand out.
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist with prior agency experience, preferably someone who has worked closely with F&B and hospitality brands and understands what it takes to manage their social media presence from start to finish.
This is a client facing role for someone who can think strategically, spot what’s trending, develop strong content ideas and, most importantly, take those ideas from a presentation to the feed.
What You’ll Own
You’ll manage a portfolio of 7 to 8 brands, acting as the key point of contact while overseeing their social media presence from strategy to execution.
• Build monthly social media strategies and content calendars aligned with each brand’s identity and business objectives.
• Develop strong content ideas across posts, reels, stories, campaigns, launches and topical moments.
• Work closely with designers, editors and photography teams to bring ideas to life.
• Conceptualise and manage monthly content shoots, from references, moodboards and shot lists to on ground execution.
• Lead day to day client communication, presentations, feedback and approvals.
• Oversee publishing, stories, community engagement and the overall quality of each brand’s social presence.
• Stay plugged into social media trends, platform behaviour and emerging content formats, with an understanding of what actually makes sense for each brand.
• Manage multiple accounts, timelines and deliverables without compromising creative quality.
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to meet someone who:
• Has prior social media or digital agency experience in a similar client facing role.
• Has managed multiple brands simultaneously and is comfortable owning accounts independently.
• Has strong experience with F&B, restaurants, hospitality or lifestyle brands. This is highly preferred.
• Understands the difference between simply filling a content calendar and building a distinctive social presence.
• Has a strong visual and creative sensibility, with an eye for content that feels current and platform native.
• Can confidently manage clients, internal creative teams and production timelines.
• Is equally comfortable coming up with the idea and making sure it gets executed well.
• Is organised, proactive and comfortable working in the fast moving environment of a creative agency.
