The candidate will be responsible for supporting payroll operations, resolving payroll-related issues, maintaining HR master data, and ensuring compliance with payroll policies and statutory requirements. The role involves working closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders in a support environment. The responsibilities and skills are aligned with SAP HCM Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and payroll operations support practices found in enterprise profiles and SAP HCM payroll consultant requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for SAP HCM Payroll incidents and service requests.
Monitor payroll processing and resolve payroll-related issues.
Support employee master data maintenance in SAP HR.
Handle payroll validation, data corrections, and reconciliation activities.
Support Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll modules.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and business teams for payroll execution.
Investigate payroll errors and perform root cause analysis.
Support month-end and year-end payroll activities.
Prepare reports and documentation related to payroll operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational payroll policies.
