Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager to lead transformation, transition, automation, and business improvement initiatives. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and ensuring successful execution of strategic programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from initiation through closure.
Develop and track project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and dashboards.
Drive transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
Coordinate with business, operations, technology, and third-party stakeholders.
Manage project governance, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare executive status reports and leadership presentations.
Support change management and benefits realization activities.
Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, quality, and budget.
Experience & Qualifications
8–12 years of experience with 5+ years in Project Management.
Proven experience delivering transformation or strategic initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with global clients preferred.
Exposure to Operations, BPS/BPO, Shared Services, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation environments is desirable.
Preferred Certifications
PMP / PRINCE2
Agile / Scrum / SAFe
Lean Six Sigma
AI or Digital Transformation certifications (desirable)
