Employee Benefits Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Employee Benefits Manager based in the United States.
This is a full-time remote opportunity focused on delivering clear, engaging, and valuable benefits experiences for employees.
You’ll manage day-to-day administration across health, welfare, retirement, voluntary benefits, and wellness programs.
The role combines benefits expertise with employee communications, technology, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll serve as a key resource for employees navigating benefits questions, life events, eligibility, and coverage decisions.
You’ll also play a central role in annual Open Enrollment, from system configuration and testing through communications and employee education.
Working closely with HR, payroll, HRIS, vendors, and benefits partners, you’ll help improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee engagement.
This role is ideal for a benefits professional who can turn complex information into simple experiences while continuously looking for smarter ways to work.
