Web Design Intern

Company Description BroPay is a fintech startup focused on building an intelligent operating system for credit cards. Using an AI-powered platform, BroPay helps users select the best card for each transaction, maximize rewards, and optimize spending. The platform also enables users to convert reward points and air miles into high-value flight deals, making travel more accessible. BroPay aims to make every transaction smarter and every reward more meaningful for its users.
Role Description The Web Design Intern will support the design and development of BroPay’s web interfaces, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver user-friendly, visually appealing pages. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the creation of web layouts, implementing responsive designs, refining user interface elements, and collaborating on front-end components. The intern will also help prepare graphic assets, ensure design consistency across the site, and participate in design reviews and iterations based on feedback. This is an on-site internship role located in Ghaziabad, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Web Design and User Interface Design for modern web applications.
Knowledge of Responsive Web Design principles and best practices.
Basic proficiency in Front-End Development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Ability to create and edit visual assets using Graphic Design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment.
Interest in fintech, user-centered design, and improving digital product experiences.
