Our client, a top tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant.
Project Brief
Hyper-personalization Proof of Concept (POC)
A hyper-personalization POC with a leading Indian bank, aimed at demonstrating measurable business impact from more personalized customer engagement while assessing the data, analytics and MarTech capabilities required to scale the approach. The analytics workstream will cover customer-level data preparation and feature engineering, actionable micro-segmentation, prioritization of customer/product opportunities, selective review/refinement of existing propensity/NBP models, and support for pilot/control design and impact measurement. In the later stages of the POC, there may also be an opportunity to develop GenAI-enabled creative/content prototypes to support personalized campaign activation.
Role
Consultant's role on project:
· Customer data diagnostics and micro-segmentation
· Analytics for customer journey / next-best-action design
· Predictive/NBO modelling, including propensity models and potentially contextual-bandit approaches depending on the final analytical approach
· Pilot-control design, campaign measurement and related analytics
· Potentially, development of a lightweight GenAI prototype/application depending upon later requirements of the POC
Contract duration:~4 months
Expected time commitment: Full-time
Location- Onsite in Mumbai.
Skills Required
Must have:
Prior experience:
- strong hands-on DSMLE profiles with good Python/SQL skills
- experience in segmentation and predictive modelling
- ideally at least one of the two resources should also have hands-on experience building GenAI prototypes/apps
Seniority / Years of experience:
5-8 years of hands-on Data Science / ML experience; ideally Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer. At least one of the two resources should be toward the more experienced end of the range and able to work independently with limited day-to-day technical supervision.
Language requirement (if any):
English required; Hindi preferred (for some client interactions) but not mandatory
Nice to have:
- Experience with NBA-NBO/propensity/ contextual bandit would be helpful
