-Handling a team of Client servicing executive.
- Define and initiate campaigns, manage cost, schedule, and performance of projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the Strategy for the brand.
-Recruit, Lead and Grow the team of Account Managers and Executives and direct, guide, mentor them to manage and grow in their given responsibilities
-You shall proactively, strategize effective communication solutions for your set of brands and be the point of final escalation for the clients and team
-You shall coordinate with all team heads to get the work done smoothly for the good of your clients, team and company.
- Briefing the requirements and guidelines into clear actionable and discussing possible solutions with content, creative & technical teams.
- Work closely with clients to plan and implement all marketing campaigns including digital campaign.
- Track, analyze and summarize campaign results and progress.
- Knowledge sharing with the internal team on the various innovations.
- Campaigns that are being done across the industry.
- Resource allocation, billing, Invoice management, collection, vendor coordination and tie ups to fulfill requirements that arise on the brands.
- Responsible for understanding client goals and agency deliverables.
