Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investigator role based in Mumbai. The Investigator will be responsible for conducting detailed inquiries and assessments related to medical, operational, or compliance matters, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing clear, accurate reports. Daily tasks may include interviewing relevant stakeholders, reviewing documentation and records, identifying patterns or discrepancies, and supporting root-cause analyses. The role involves close collaboration with clinical, administrative, and compliance teams to ensure findings are properly documented and corrective actions are implemented. The Investigator is expected to maintain strict confidentiality, adhere to regulatory and organizational guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and investigative skills, including the ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize complex information.
Proficiency in documentation and report writing, with attention to detail and clarity in communicating findings.
Ability to conduct interviews, manage sensitive information, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
Familiarity with healthcare processes, regulatory requirements, or compliance frameworks (clinical research or healthcare operations experience is a plus).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases or projects simultaneously.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, law, criminology, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or certifications in investigation or compliance are an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Mumbai, with flexibility to adapt to evolving organizational priorities and responsibilities.
