You will work with globally distributed product and engineering teams delivering complex, business-critical technology. Your focus will go beyond facilitating ceremonies. You will create clarity, strengthen team ownership, remove barriers and help teams deliver valuable outcomes with pace, quality and predictability.
Working closely with Product Owners, engineers and Financial Services stakeholders in the United States, you will establish effective Agile ways of working while adapting your approach to the needs and maturity of each team.

What you will do
Facilitate focused and purposeful sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and release-planning activities.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritised and visible backlog aligned to business outcomes.
Help teams define realistic sprint goals, improve estimation and maintain focus on agreed priorities.
Identify and remove impediments by working with stakeholders, dependent teams and external groups.
Represent teams in Scrum of Scrums and cross-team delivery forums where required.
Coach teams to take ownership of their processes, commitments and continuous improvement.
Identify emerging conflict or delivery risk early and facilitate constructive resolution.
Use delivery insight and team feedback to improve flow, predictability, quality and sustainable pace.
Support readiness for stakeholder demonstrations, releases and key delivery milestones.
Share effective practices through the Agile community and mentor teams as their maturity develops.
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who combines strong Agile practice with sound judgement, commercial awareness and the confidence to coach teams in a complex Financial Services environment.
Essential experience
7+ years of overall professional experience, including substantial experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery practitioner.
Proven experience supporting multiple Scrum teams in complex technology environments.
Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles and iterative product delivery.
A track record of facilitating engaging, purposeful meetings that lead to clear decisions and actions.
Experience coaching teams to take ownership of delivery, ways of working and continuous improvement.
Ability to identify delivery risks, dependencies, impediments and emerging conflict early.
Experience partnering with Product Owners on prioritisation, backlog clarity and outcome-focused planning.
Confidence working with senior engineering, product and business stakeholders across distributed teams.
Experience in Financial Services, fintech, banking, capital markets, trading or another regulated environment.
A genuine interest in financial markets, investment management, digital assets and cryptocurrency.
Strong communication, facilitation, influencing and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience working with US-based or globally distributed product and engineering teams.
Practical experience with Scrum of Scrums, cross-team planning or scaled delivery environments.

Contribution to Agile communities of practice or wider organisational capability development.
Recognised Agile or Scrum certification, supported by strong practical delivery experience.
