Founding Content Strategist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Founding Content Strategist based in Spain.
This is a high-ownership content role for a strategist and writer who wants to define how an ambitious AI company communicates with the market.
You will own the full content function, from strategy and founder-led social content to product launches, blog posts, announcements, and video scripts.
Working without a content team or copywriters, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and personally bring ideas from concept to publication.
You will partner closely with creative leadership to ensure messaging, storytelling, and visual execution work together across launches and campaigns.
The role requires strong editorial judgment, a data-informed approach, and the ability to identify what resonates and quickly adapt what does not.
AI will be integrated throughout your workflow, from research and drafting to analysis and distribution, with your judgment and taste serving as the final filter.
This is a fast-paced, remote-first opportunity with significant autonomy, direct impact, and the chance to shape the voice of an emerging category.
