About this role
Join our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern and help us find top talent! Gain exposure to Employer Branding and learn about recruitment.
What you will do :
Talent Acquisition and Coordination :
Assist the Recruiter team in making cold calls to potential candidates in Malaysia / SEA and making the first touch with candidates.
Screen resumes for active applicants, provide feedback to the Recruiter team, and help maintain and update the recruitment database.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
Employer Branding :
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute employer branding initiatives that highlight our company culture and values.
Develop and share engaging content on social media, career websites, and other channels to showcase our workplace and employee experiences.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
Malaysian citizen or on valid Student Visa (visa sponsorship is not provided).
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Currently pursuing a final year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Able to proactively attract talent via emails, cold calling and through LinkedIn.
Keen to kickstart a career within the Human Resources function.
Eager to dive into talent acquisition and employer branding.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Additional information :
We are looking for those who can do full-time internship of 6 months.
The intern salary is MYR 1200.
