The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
CDS Inspection Surveys:
Conduct CDS inspection surveys in line with client specifications, ensuring all procedures and guidelines are followed accurately.
Participate in comprehensive training before carrying out unsupervised surveys.
Always apply health and safety measures, ensuring method statements, work instructions, and risk assessments are understood and adhered to.
Promote a culture of working safely or not at all.
Project Delivery:
Collaborate closely with the management team to understand and meet project deliverables and quality requirements.
Participate in pre-project programme reviews with the management team to agree on workload outputs and quality levels.
Ensure that all CDS surveys are delivered in accordance with client deadlines and quality expectations.
Participate in regular audits (1% of CDS surveys) to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
Maintain open and honest communication within the team, embracing the ‘Happy People’ culture and the TEAM ethos.
Engage in structured site interactions and actioned feedback, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration across the team.
Support colleagues and maintain a positive, cooperative working environment.
