This role supports the Group General Counsel and corporate governance function within a fast-growing, internationally operated biopharmaceutical environment. The Assistant Company Secretary will help administer Board and committee governance, corporate governance frameworks, shareholder services, and subsidiary governance. The position plays an important role in coordinating governance requirements across a dual-listed public company environment involving Australian and U.S. markets. You will work closely with directors, executives, legal and governance teams, regulators, external advisers, and shareholders. The role also coordinates Governance Specialists across Australia and the United States to ensure consistent and high-quality execution. It is suited to an experienced governance professional who brings strong judgment, discretion, organization, and cross-border regulatory knowledge.
