Lead FP&A Analyst

This is a full-time remote role within a Go-To-Market finance organization, serving as a trusted financial partner to business leadership. The position focuses on translating business performance into actionable insights and supporting disciplined planning, forecasting, and investment decisions. You will own forecasting and budgeting processes while developing financial models that support headcount, operating expenses, and strategic investments. The role offers exposure to senior leaders and requires close collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, Accounting, Data, Revenue Operations, People, and Corporate FP&A. You will also improve reporting, dashboards, data quality, and process automation to make financial planning more scalable and effective. This opportunity is well suited to an analytical finance professional who combines strong modeling skills with business judgment and an AI-driven approach to improving workflows.
