Business Function

In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain robust and scalable network infrastructure to support the bank's operations
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network-related requirements and challenges
Continuously monitor and analyze network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive measures
Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend and implement appropriate solutions
Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the organization
Participate in projects and initiatives lead by business
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role
Strong understanding of network protocols, technologies, and architectures (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, wireless)
Holder of Cisco CCNA / CCNP and Huawei HCIA / HCIP is a plus
Proficient in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization tools and techniques
Hands-on experience with Cisco and Huawei network configuration, deployment, and maintenance, including LAN, WAN and wireless product
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies and challenges
Able to work with flexible hours
