Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project priorities, scope, goals, and deliverables.
Establish and manage project timeline, resource allocation, vendors, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes by implementing best practices and methodologies using waterfall or agile
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Maintain project artifacts from initiating to post implementation phase
