HR Technology Strategy Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Technology Strategy Consultant based in Canada.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the long-term strategy and evolution of an enterprise HR technology ecosystem.
You will assess complex people technology environments and translate organizational priorities into clear technology strategies and roadmaps.
Working closely with senior People & Places leadership, you will help define future-state capabilities, operating models, and system architecture decisions.
You will evaluate platforms, workflows, and technology capabilities to identify opportunities for consolidation, improved governance, and strategic differentiation.
The role combines enterprise systems thinking, strategic analysis, stakeholder management, and technology planning at an organizational level.
You will also create executive-ready frameworks and recommendations that support critical buy, build, and extend decisions.
This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced HR technology professional who can navigate ambiguity and influence long-term transformation initiatives.
