Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Power BI Developer. The Power BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for internal and client stakeholders. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing data models, building robust data pipelines, and collaborating with business teams to translate requirements into BI solutions. The role involves working with data warehousing structures, implementing ETL processes, and ensuring data quality, performance, and security. The Power BI Developer will also contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement of analytics workflows and reporting standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing for scalable and efficient analytics solutions.
Candidates should possess skills in designing and optimizing Dashboards, along with solid Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes for building and maintaining reliable data pipelines.
Experience with Power BI (and other BI tools), including DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases; familiarity with cloud data platforms is a plus.
Ability to gather requirements, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in consulting, analytics projects, or working with enterprise data environments is beneficial.
