Role Description The Project Specialist role at Superfan.ng is a full-time, remote position responsible for coordinating and executing projects that support product development, content delivery, and user engagement. In this role, the Project Specialist will manage project timelines, track milestones, and ensure clear communication across internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day tasks include organizing project documentation, monitoring performance metrics, supporting customer-facing initiatives, and collaborating with sales and marketing to deliver user-focused solutions. The Project Specialist will also assist with process improvements and help maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for learners on the platform.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with users, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with edtech or language-learning products, experience working in remote, cross-cultural teams, proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar), and a demonstrated interest in African cultures and languages.
