Role Description The Senior Director of Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and driving the product vision and strategy across IHSP’s hospitality and asset management offerings. This role oversees the product lifecycle from concept to launch, aligning product roadmaps with business goals, investor outcomes, and market opportunities in Iberian leisure destinations. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, prioritizing features, managing product portfolios, and collaborating with operations, finance, marketing, and technology stakeholders to optimize performance and guest experiences. The Senior Director will analyze market trends and customer insights, establish product KPIs, and continuously refine products based on data-driven decisions. This position also mentors product managers, fosters a culture of innovation, and ensures products differentiate IHSP in the competitive hospitality landscape.
Qualifications
Strong product strategy and product management skills, including experience owning product vision, roadmaps, and end-to-end lifecycle.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, market insights, and financial metrics to inform product decisions.
Demonstrated team leadership and project management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple initiatives.
Experience in hospitality, travel, real estate, or asset management sectors, ideally with multi-brand or multi-property product portfolios.
Proven track record in remote leadership, stakeholder management, and effective communication with executive and investor audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Comfort with digital tools, product management platforms, and data analytics solutions used in distributed and remote work environments.
Ability to work independently, make sound strategic decisions, and adapt to evolving market and organizational priorities.
