Senior/Staff Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will join a small design team focused on shaping how AI features surface in a procurement product for non technical users. The role sits with product and engineering peers to make AI feel trustworthy, useful, and integrated into daily workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define how agentic capabilities appear in the app from active work to results delivered.
- Design interaction patterns where AI and human judgment collaborate smoothly.
- Deliver short horizon vision work and tangible prototypes to guide the team (3-6 months).
- Improve product craft and coherence as engineering velocity grows.
- Contribute in code for final polish by reviewing PRs and tweaking interactions before shipping.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate complex domain knowledge into usable experiences.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years as a senior or staff product designer with shipped work in B2B SaaS, complex workflows, or data heavy products.
- Strong visual design, interaction design, product thinking, and systems design capabilities, with proficiency prototyping beyond static mockups and in code.
- Well developed point of view on trustworthy AI product experiences, including transparency and appropriate automation.
- Comfort inventing new interaction patterns under ambiguity and delivering 3-6 month product visions.
- Experience using AI tools regularly in design, research, and prototyping workflows.
- Startup or high growth experience or equivalent project complexity.
- Experience designing for agentic or autonomous AI features and familiarity with non technical users in complex domains is a plus.
